These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Khidi API service available at khidi.ai and api.khidi.ai (the "Service"), operated by Khidi ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using an API key, you agree to these Terms.
Khidi provides programmatic access to open-weight AI language models through an OpenAI-compatible API. Inference is performed on specialized GPU infrastructure operated by independent third-party compute providers. The specific models offered may change as the underlying infrastructure adds, upgrades, or retires models; we will make reasonable efforts to announce such changes in advance.
See our Refund Policy. In short: unused credit is refundable within 14 days of purchase; consumed tokens are not refundable.
You may not use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Where practical, we will warn you first.
The models we serve are published by third parties under open licenses (e.g., MIT and comparable). Model output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical purposes. As between you and us, you own your prompts and the output generated for you.
Inference requests are processed by independent third-party GPU providers. Your prompts and generated outputs transit our infrastructure and are processed transiently by such providers to produce responses. Do not submit data that you are not permitted to transmit to third-party processors. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We target high availability (a public status page is available at status.khidi.ai) but the Service is provided without an uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance and upgrades of the underlying compute infrastructure will be announced where possible. Support is provided by email on a reasonable-efforts basis.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users or on this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country). Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
